The PGA Financial Assistance Fund, established in 1986, provides college scholarships for children and grandchildren of PGA members. The PGA Scholarship Program encourages and promotes the attainment of higher educational goals, based on evidence of a high level of academic achievement during high school or college. Since the inception of the PGA Scholarship Program, over $6 million in scholarships have been awarded to more than 3,000 students . Last year, this program awarded 128 scholarships totaling $295,000.
Minimum Cumulative GPA Requirement of 3.4
A student must have a cumulative GPA of 3.4 (unweighted GPA based on a 4.0 scale) or higher in either high school or college to be eligible to apply.
